again great service as brenda determined colour code with a computer and a chip from exterior of the paint can purchased in 2012! applied it to deck easily and colour match is perfect.
Purchased a new toilet today the picture in add did not give full description. I called to make sure they had one in stock the associate on the phone assured me that they did indeed have 2. I asked for one to be put aside and I was coming to pick it up. Went to pick it up and in fact they only had one and it was the floor model. the seat had tape all over it so I asked for a replacement. again No problem. We decided to purchase a wax seal just in case. We loaded into our vehicle. Arrived back at home only to find out that not only did it NOT have a toilet seat, wax seal or the floor bolts. We drove directly back to the store to return it and to find out that it doesnt come with any of the usual fittings. Their comment was no ours dont come with those items. No I'm really sorry or hey can we compensate you for the floor model by offering a toilet seat which we would have gladly taken. Very poor representation of flyer and item product knowledge!!!! sorry hometown shopping
One of my favorite stores. The staff here know there stuff, always have what i need in stock, always super friendly, we go just to browse! The selection of home products well beyond hardware! reasonable prices, it is a chain store, clearance room! Great for things i didn't know i needed. They once stayed open past close and saved my Christmas dinner ( blew a fuse ) not only did they wait for me to get there the had what i needed. I highly recommend this store even if it is out of your way. Make the trip to Penetanguishine. I am never disappointed when i shop here.
