The Midland/Penetang area is so lucky to have this! We have so many people coming to visit this area and always recommend a rental from Diverse. Their boats are top-notch and always in amazing shape. We've never heard any complaints. Jill and the rest of the team are super friendly and are the definition of great customer service. You'll love them! Oh and don't forget to check out the Floatel! I've never seen another one like it. Even if you aren't staying there ask for a tour!
Amazing customer service. My friends and I rented a boat from these folks and were very impressed with the service we received. Very beginner friendly, all expenses were clearly laid out, and everything was ready ahead of time. We received a quick full orientation on the geography and the boat and were on our way within 30 minutes of arriving. Their team even loaded all of our belongings onto the boat from our car. We plan on going back next summer.
We have been coming here since 2012 and never been disappointed. Always super fun no matter what you do.We have rented pontoons, fishing boats, and kayaks and you get the best customer service from the best staff and its always on our to do list every summer. My sister and her husband came to visit from the US and we took them on a pontoon yesterday and we have been talking about it since.Excellent customer service and extremely friendly staff and not to mention, beautiful lake to spend a day on a boat.
Called this company for advise on renting boats and a women cleverly said "ahh sorry I don't give out free advise" sound like to me these people need a lesson in customer service. Good luck renting from them.
Wow this is a little gem in cottage country. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel on the water in the Commodore Suite. The hotel was nice, the rooms even better. Updated and modern with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Check in was fast and staff were there to help with your luggage. Great introduction regarding the facilities. Jill and her husband did a fantastic job and offered 5 star service!!!The large selection of boats was awesome and most were in great shape and well taken care of. They offer a quick training session for those who wish to take out a boat and provided all maps and suggestions for local stops along the way. We had a great day boating and had a ball.All staff members were very nice and professional. We will be returning again with friends and family next year for sure. Can't say enough good things about this place. Great work and we really appreciate it. Thanks so much for everything....Donna and Kev...Newmarket.
