Really friendly and helpful staff. I wanted to check out the shop to see what they had for my cat, and they had toys, treats and lots of food options which was really nice. I’m really happy with what I bought and service was wonderful! I wanted to get raw food for my cat but I wasn’t sure how he would take it, and so I was able to just get a sample instead of buying a whole box which is really considerate! She also told me what amount to feed him and was really helpful and answered all questions I had. I also got treats for my cat and she told me which ones were popular when I was unsure of what to get..I had a great time just talking with staff too, you really made my day!
We stopped into the shop after my son was having trouble getting our boys ? to eat their raw food. The young lady working was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to ask what we were currently feeding them, explained some high-quality kibble alternatives, and gave us some great suggestions. We even picked up a few treats while we were there! She clearly knows her stuff—both boys loved the new food and had no hesitation gobbling it up. Such a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing advice, quality products, or just a friendly face who truly cares about pets!

China went above and beyond in providing not only friendly and attentive service but also extremely informative and educational insights. She took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me understand exactly what my dog needed. After a thorough discussion, she created a personalized diet plan tailored to my dog’s specific health needs. I truly appreciate the care and expertise she showed, and I feel confident that my dog is on the right path to better health thanks to her guidance. Highly recommend Primal Paw! Not only do they provide the best raw dog and cat food but they also have top rated kibble options if that is what your pet needs!!
So happy this shop has opened up in our small town. We have been feeding raw performance dog food for over 3+ years and besides delivery, Barrie or Orillia is the closest place to stock up, so now we will never worry about timing! The store was clean, very organized and the staff were super friendly! 10/10 recommend ☺️
