This Pharmacy is the best! Two of the pharmacists, May and Ahmed, always greet me with a smile and say hello. Their advice and service are always personable, timely and excellent. I rely on them the same as my doctor. Keep up the great work!
Made appointment for senior dose flu shots we were told they had wife took time off work got there filled out forms and 10 minutes later we're told sorry we don't have any terrible customer service

I attended this pharmacy devoid of other customers on Friday March 21 2025 about 8:30 PM specifically to get an assessment and antibiotics for my UTI symptoms. At first the older male pharmacist told me I needed an appt but I reminded him the website stated walkins are accepted then he insisted I needed to see a doctor at the hospital ER. The next day I went to the ER and waited for what seemed like an eternity to see a physician who was quite surprised to hear that the pharmacist refused to do the UTI assessment. Since the pharmacist refused to do the assessment, I inadvertently used precious time the ER team could have spent on a patient that couldn't be treated by a pharmacist. The ER determined my UTI was uncomplicated and I was given a script for antibiotics which worked within a few days. I emailed the owner of the drug store advising of my recent experience but haven't received a response yet.
May and her team are absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable and always willing to help. Ahmed is so kind, and it’s always nice when they greet you by name.
I can't say enough good things about Pharmacist, May Matta at Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy in Penetanguishene. May goes above and beyond every time, providing exceptional service with care and compassion. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, in addition to being incredibly thoughtful and sensitive when discussing medications and health concerns. What really stands out is her attention to detail and taking the time to explain everything clearly to ensure I feel comfortable and confident with my medications. It is clear that she truly cares about her patients, and that kind of dedication is exceptional.
