My parents and now myself a have been at Hindsons since the late 80's and have been very satisfied. Kudos to Kelly as he has managed to retain and keep some excellent full time staffers that know their jobs well - and more importantly understand their customers needs! It has always been a pleasure interfacing with Marlene, Sari, Jeremy, and the rest. The gas dock can be extremely busy and hectic on weekends so you have to plan accordingly... or just be patient.

This place does not live up to thier agreements. I had an agreement to pay my slip fees over a period of time because the sale of my boat fell through at the last minute. I held up end of the deal and they pulled my boat out of the water anyway saying I had not paid in 3 weeks. My agreement was to pay monthly. This place can not be trusted! Now they are charging me $294.62 to haul the boat out plus $95 for a tow. They called me twice and left no message and once with a message before doing this. Shady at best! Later, when I called them back to discuss the issue, they would not let me speak so they definitely did not listen, and then they hung up on me. Fantastic service here at Hindson!
