Absolutely the best. They fixed both my laptop and desktop, installed two printers and when I got home and wasn't sure what I was doing with a new printer, I simply called and he talked me through it. I can't say enough good things about them. They have me as a lifelong customer.

When the store where I purchased my system and another repair shop told me my hard drive was lost including all the baby pictures of my son, Computer Direct got them back and I have been a loyal customer since.
