We were hot and tired and needing refueling. Called with a group of 12 and got in 10 minutes later no problem. Good food. Friendly service.
Amazing service, terrific food and wonderful local decor make this a great little spot to stop into for breakfast at the very least. Pricing is also very reasonable. We will certainly be back next time we are in the area.
Phils been excellent in the past. Last Thursday was very disappointing. Wait help was excellent, but the kitchen let them down. Burnt, reheated garlic bread with cheese. Cheese should never be reheated! Then very small portions of fish, with chips, well Ive had better. A slight taste of old.Phils normally does not disappoint but after this experience it will be a long time before we go back.
We're regulars here and usually have a great experience. Today there was a big mix up with our order. Phil and our waitress went out of their way to correct it. Mistakes happen, but it's how they are dealt with that make the difference. Thanks for the extra effort, it was much appreciated. We'll certainly be back.
